Who is Natasha Sol?
Natasha Sol is an Ashland, Oregon-based energy healing practitioner and the creator of Energy Alchemy. She began working with energy at age nine and opened her first professional practice in 2008 after becoming a Usui Reiki Master. Her work incorporates Reiki, ThetaHealing®, breathwork and guided meditation, somatic practices, chakra balancing, and tuning-fork and crystal/gemstone therapies. Natasha is also the author of The Way of Energy Alchemy and the author of the forthcoming spiritual novel, Secret on the Mountain.

What is Energy Alchemy?
Energy Alchemy is Natasha’s personal approach to energy work, combining intuitive energy healing with modalities including Reiki, ThetaHealing®, breathwork, somatic healing, chakra balancing, and other therapies. She even wrote a book about it!
My personal story…
Energy Alchemy has always been present in my life in one form or another. I began intuiting and transferring energy at the age of nine, when the elders of my family’s church realized that I possessed a special gift for prayer. Fast forward several years into adulthood, when I discovered a modality called Reiki. Upon receiving my Usui Reiki Master certification, I opened my first practice in 2008 in Ashland, Oregon. Over the last 18 years, I have expanded my skill set with ThetaHealing®, Chakra healing, Quantum Biofeedback, and Homeo-therapeutic certifications.
Natasha’s Near-Death Experiences
In 2019, after a routine medical procedure, endotoxins seized the nervous, respiratory, and muscular systems of my body. Literally overnight, I went from being a avid trail-runner and 5K Race competitor to someone who could barely walk due to the tremors that gripped my body. Ultimately, the toxins caused my heart to go into an extreme state of arrhythmia and landed me urgently in the ER. Within 72 hours, I had three Near-Death Experiences. On the third NDE, I traveled through the tunnel and toward the light, and felt consumed by the inexplicable unconditional love that awaited me there. But I was not finished with this life, so I turned around and came back.

My NDEs have given me a unique perspective on the greater purpose of the human soul and the interconnectedness of all life. This understanding helps me guide clients toward their soul’s most optimal path, supporting them in making choices aligned with their highest good.
