The Golden Merkaba Activation

Many of you may be experiencing what is referred to as the Golden Merkaba activation within the Heart Chakra. A round , walnut-sized pressure in the center of the chest, erratic burping, discomfort in the throat, feeling the need to cough or swallow. If you experience these sensations, place your hand on your heart center and/or your throat area and breathe deeply with intention.
