What Is An Energy Vampire?
An energy vampire (E.V.) is someone with narcissistic tendencies who thrives on other people’s energies. They are often attracted to energy sensitives and empaths who naturally embody compassion towards others. Fortunately, there are ways to identify and stop an energy vampire from draining your life force energy.
5 CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ENERGY VAMPIRE
ATTENTION SEEKERS. E.V.’s enjoy being the center of attention as long as it is positive attention. They will seek the limelight when it favors them but will shrink away into the background when the attention is unfavorable.
TAKERS, NOT GIVERS. This does not mean that that E.V.’s do not give. When they do give, the gift or act of service comes with an energy attachment in order to to manipulate a person or situation that will ultimately serve them.
THEIR DESIRES OVERRIDE YOURS. Every plan or idea is done to serve their desires. This can include their state of perception. If they agree to do something that you want to do, it’s because it serves them to go along with your desired plan. Or they may seemingly go along with what you want to do initially. But if it’s secretly something they don’t want to do, they will become exceedingly resistant and eventually act out in agitation or anger.
THEY ENERGETICALLY TRACK YOU. If they feel you are focused on something other than them or if you create distance from them, they will do something manipulative to pull you back under their influence and control. “Love-bombing” or “stone-walling” are a common tactics.
THEY DEPLETE YOU. This is most important to remember. If you feel emotionally exhausted or physically ill after being around someone for a length of time, TAKE NOTE. Pay attention to your body! Our bodies are incredibly accurate at gauging energy. A physical symptom is a very strong indication that an E.V. is draining your life force. If you continue to be around them and allow them to deplete your energy, you can eventually become physically ill or even worse, develop a dis-ease.
HOW TO take your power back from an ENERGY VAMPIRE
ACTIVATE YOUR SOVEREIGN WILL. Come to terms with the fact that NO ONE can override your Divinely-implemented freewill or has control over your body without your permission. Listen to the Divine Sovereignty guided meditation to help activate this Knowing.

ESTABLISH HEALTHY BOUNDARIES. Adhere to them. Doing this will help you empower yourself.
CUT OFF OR MINIMIZE CONTACT. Minimal contact ensures that you will not be manipulated or coerced into allowing the E.V. to drain your energy again.
REMOVE ENERGY IMPLANTS. Have an experienced energy practitioner whom you trust to investigate and remove any energy implants or attachments and dissolve any hidden contracts that you may have in connection with the E.V. Do this especially if you have felt the E.V. tracking your energy field.
FORGIVE & LOVE YOURSELF. If you have fallen into an illusionary trap of an energy vampire, forgive yourself and move on! Don’t believe the bullsh*t that the E.V. has fed you in order to pull you under their spell. Remember that YOU ARE A FREE, DIVINELY-SOVEREIGN BEING! AND You are worthy and deserving to be LOVED wholly and unconditionally!
